Karen is a Clinical Psychologist who completed her clinical psychology training at the University of Queensland. She is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society. As a clinical psychologist, Karen is able to diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions in children, adolescents and adults. Besides the basic training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Karen has also completed additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialetical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Triple P parenting training (accredited provider of all levels of Triple P).
Karen works together with her clients to help them achieve more fulfilling lives by overcoming the challenges that life can throw in the way (including depression, anxiety, complete adjustment issues, substance abuse, persistent/chronic pain).
