Dr Luke Liu graduated from University of Sydney Medical School in 2000. Dr LIU worked extensively as a surgical trainee at Canberra Hospital, RPAH, Concord, RNSH, and Liverpool Hospital. Dr LIU completed his advanced surgical education and training program with Royal Melbourne Hospital and obtained his General Surgery Fellowship in 2014. Dr LIU is currently operating out of Liverpool Hospital, Sydney South West Private Hospital and Goulburn Base Hospital. Dr LIU has more than 15 years’ experience in general surgery and extensive training in various sub specialties of surgery. He believes in a holistic patient care with aim to reduce pain, suffering and complication with all of his surgical interventions. As an acute care and trauma surgeon he can sense patient’s urgent need for treatment. He endeavours to provide the highest standard level of care to whomever in need. Dr Liu's special interests are Trauma Surgery, Geriatric Trauma Care, Complex Emergency Surgery, surgical oncology; Thyroid Cancer and Breast cancer care with reconstruction.
