Clinical Experience Kong graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1976. He has over 30 years of general practice experience, including 4 years as a rural GP. He has worked extensively in the western region of Adelaide and in the Pennington area since 1985. He is one of the co-founders of One Care Medical Centre.
