We offer helpful advice on treatment and management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues.

All of our fully qualified and registered osteopaths have completed 5 years of university study and gone on to do further training in the Cranial Field of Osteopathy.

Osteopathy in the cranial field is a very gentle balancing technique - rather than massage or quick forceful movements we use gentle pressure to improve joint and muscle balance, and movement. We work to restore balance through your body as a whole to improve your mobility and decrease your pain. We also investigate preventative measures, to keep you pain free for longer.
