Wendy has gained BBSc - Behavioural Science (double major Disability & Counselling) & BPsych(Hons) - Bachelor of Psychology (Major-Organizational Psychology) - graduating with Honours, and further a MHumS. - Masters degree in Human services (Double major (Rehabilitation & Counselling) and ACAP degree Psychological Practice. to provide her with skills to be a well rounded Psychologist. Wendy was the first person to receive the Griffith University Applied Cognitive Neuroscience Research Scholarship Inaugural Award. In addition, she received Academic Excellence Award and the RCAA (Qld) Postgraduate Award for Master of Human Services – Rehabilitation and Counselling. Wendy is a Queensland Registered Psychologist with AHPRA, Associate member of the APS and full member of AAPI and trained in many evidence-based approaches. Including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Relaxation techniques to name a few.
