Warwick is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults. Warwick is trained in a range of treatment modalities enabling him to tailor psychological treatments to meet the needs of his clients. He offers therapies to treat a range of clinical and non-clinical complaints including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, autism, phobias, anger, drug and alcohol problems, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, grief, attachment issues, personality disorders and behavioural problems.

Warwick has considerable experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). At the core of the ACT philosophy is the notion that it is normal for all human beings- at different stages of life - to experience mental and emotional suffering. ACT suggests that it is our attempts and expectations to control our thoughts and feelings that is actually the source of much of our suffering. ACT uses mindfulness and acceptance-based interventions to reduce the effects of these inner experiences rather than control them. This helps you take your life in a more fulfilling and meaningful direction.

Warwick also offers a particularly efficient and powerful technique for adults to quickly treat anxiety, depression, self-worth issues and trauma: The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP). With TRTP you can achieve impressive and fast results regardless of whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem or trauma issues. The powerful practice of TRTP is where Warwick has found his preferred modality for bringing deep emotional healing to his clients. Warwick’s warm and creative approach to TRTP provides the ideal environment for extraordinary results. Warwick offers TRTP in face-to-face consultation and with equal effectiveness over internet-based video consultation.

Warwick is a passionate and dedicated professional. With the aid of his training and the benefit of his experience, Warwick is committed to helping his clients free themselves from psychological and emotional barriers and progress to an exceptional quality of life.
