Many of my patients lead the typical crazy Sydney lifestyle; juggling a full-time job with the demanding business of getting a master’s degree; or juggling the career they love and family life; trying to stay afloat on top of whatever is going on.
I want to help you heal and recover from injury & pain or exhaustion from doing too much for too long. I see many woman who need to recover their energy after childbirth. Or needing to find help for that excruciating pain every month, every period. Or just searching to find somewhere, where someone will listen, where someone will make a plan with them that will work for them.
I am looking at a holistic approach, combining all modalities of Chinese medicine; acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, dietary advice and lifestyle changes together with Arvigo® theraphy. I may suggest small changes, and you might find that over time, they can make a big impact.
