The Younger Years specialises in supporting the mental health and well-being of children, adolescents, young adults and their families. We are located in a quaint and discrete cottage in the Inner West, the environment is calming and nurturing. It's here that psychological support is tailored to the individual needs of the young person and their family. Psychological interventions are evidence based, focused on efficacy and conducted collaboratively. We also provide psychometric assessments which can be a way to determine a child or young person's strengths and needs. We are a team of dedicated, compassionate, and energetic clinicians, who keep the therapeutic relationship central to change.
