At the Gut Centre we are Psychologists and Hypnotherapists with an expert focus on IBS Treatment and other Gastrointestinal diseases and problems. This means we not only use the latest and most research supported hypnotherapy techniques, but also employ the latest evidence based psychological interventions that have been shown to be beneficial to people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). Our only focus is helping people reduce and manage the physical symptoms and the psychological distress associated with gastrointestinal diseases or problems.
