I have extensive experience working with clients with conditions that include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, substance use, eating disorders, and personality disorders. I have worked in various settings, including schools, universities, not-for-profit organisations, residential care, employment services, and private practice. I am proficient in attending individuals across the lifespan and from diverse cultural backgrounds and vulnerable groups, such as people with disabilities, the LGBT community, international students, recent migrants, and refugees. I completed a Bachelor of Science, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology Advanced, a Master of Professional Psychology and a Master of Professional Psychology Practice. I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). I am trained in multiple evidence-based interventions, including Client-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Schema Therapy.
