Rebecca is a Registered Psychologist, and has worked in a variety of settings, including government, community, and private practice. She has experience treating a wide variety of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, stress, grief, and personality disorders. Rebecca also has a keen interest in the management of chronic illness and pain. She completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Adelaide and was awarded the Australian Psychological Society Prize, which recognizes academic excellence in psychology.

Rebecca has a compassionate, empathic and collaborative approach to therapy. She utilizes aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Mindfulness to create an individualized treatment plan for her clients. This, in addition to a detailed assessment of an individual’s life experiences, allows Rebecca to help people overcome newly developed emotional problems, as well as more pervasive and long-standing negative life patterns.
