Nicole is a registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. She has completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and has training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and play therapy. Prior to this training, Nicole worked in policy development and research for children’s mental health and wellbeing, and with families affected by mental illness as a caseworker with Carers NSW.
Nicole has an interest in working with children of all ages, adolescents, and parents in the areas of anxiety and mood disturbances, behavioural difficulties, parenting concerns, trauma, adjustment, stress, and relationships. Nicole uses a client-centered, collaborative approach in supporting individuals and families to create positive changes in their lives and achieve their goals.
