Wendy works with young people over the age of 18 and adults. Special interest in Adult Attachment Disorders including DID, Personality Issues, Anxiety Disorders, Depression Management, Dual Disorders. Using a combination of Narrative Therapy, Functional Analysis, CBT and ACT to bring about personal understanding, acceptance and gentle self awareness and change.
