Vicki is a Clinical Psychologist with Masters degrees in Clinical Psychology and Medical Research. With over 20 years of clinical experience Vicki has enjoyed working with people to optimise their mental health and wellbeing. She has worked in a variety of government and non-government services, including the Clinical Centre at the Brain & Mind Research Institute, Headspace Youth Mental Health Centre Camperdown and private practice. Vicki’s research interests have been in the area of clinical and forensic psychology with publications on the neuropsychiatric features of antisocial youth.

Vicki is a fellow of relevant professional bodies including the Clinical and Forensic Colleges of the Australian Psychological Society and a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association, the Australian and New Zealand Association of Psychiatry, Psychology and the Law and EMDR Association of Australia. She is also an approved supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia and provides supervision in a range of areas of psychology.

Vicki specialises in the assessment and treatment of trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder and has a comprehensive understanding of psychological issues affecting emergency response workers, military personnel and civilian populations. Her work in the public and private health systems has provided her with experience in the assessment and treatment of adults experiencing a wide range of issues including mood and anxiety disorders, adjustment difficulties, grief, interpersonal problems, emotional disturbance, stress and workplace issues. Her main treatment focus is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Schema Therapy, and Trauma Focussed CBT).
