Vanessa has worked with adults in a variety of settings including private practice and community based agencies. She values establishing a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship that encourages a collaborative exploration of symptoms and causes of psychological distress. She has over 20 years experience in the effective treatment of depression, anxiety (including OCD), trauma, drug and alcohol addiction, grief and loss, and stress management.
