Sarah is a very experienced clinical psychologist who completed her Masters at the University of Western Sydney. More recently while working in the UK, she also completed her Professional Doctorate at Teesside University. Sarah has worked in various public and private practice settings with clients across the lifespan. She joins the E&A team after several years as a Senior Clinical Psychologist in a Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (under the National Health Service in the UK). Her experience working with children, adolescents, adults, parents and professionals, together with her passion for seeing her clients empowered to create change, makes Sarah an effective and compassionate psychologist. Sarah's experience allows her to support clients of any age with all aspects of mental health difficulties. She prefers an individualised approach and uses several therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and systemic principles.
