Rose is a Clinical Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience within the health sector, working both as a Psychologist and as a registered nurse.
Since completing her Psychology studies at Edith Cowan University, Rose has gone on to publish her own research on 'Interventions that Assist the Transition for Adolescence into High School and the Prevention of Mental Health Problems', found within "The International Journal of Child and Adolescent Health".
Rose is interested in helping with: Anxiety Depression Stress Relationship issues School transitions Phobias and panic disorders Sleep problems Rose is dedicated to preventing mental health problems, as well as early intervention across the human lifespan. She specialises in times of transitions and change, with experience working alongside adolescents, children, adults and couples.
Her methods include a combination of evidence-focussed therapies (such as cognitive behavioural and interpersonal therapy), mindfulness practices and a commitment to developing strong, emphatic relationships with all of her clients.
