Background - Rebecca has a range of experience working with clients from a range of cultural backgrounds and ages. Rebecca draws on a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focussed Therapy, to tailer therapy and counselling to each individual with the aim to create a space for people to safely explore their concerns, identify their strengths, and learn and practice skills that enable each individual to overcome their difficulties. Special Interest - Rebecca is able to assist clients experiencing difficulties in a range of areas including: anxiety, depression, alcohol, gambling, low self-esteem, panic attacks, trauma, sleep difficulties, social anxiety, pain management difficulties, adjustment difficulties, and study or work related stress. Rebecca is also qualified to provide counselling under the WorkCover scheme.
