Nicola is a Clinical Psychologist with broad ranging experience in children, adolescents and adults. She uses evidence based strategies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy, to assist clients achieve their therapeutic goals. Nicola has a particular interest in working with clients with depression, panic disorder, social anxiety and trauma.
Nicola is also specialised in helping clients with sleep problems. Nicola has extensive experience in group therapy and co-facilitated the "Children with Anxiety" group and the "Chronic Pain" group for the Hawkesbury Hills Division of GP's. Nicola is a Board Approved Supervisor. She is registered with the NSW Psychologists Registration Board. She is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society and a member of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists. Nicola is also an approved provider for Medicare, WorkCover, CTP and ATAPS.
