Michael graduated as a psychologist from the University of Queensland in 1972. He has gained clinical experience by working in a number of hospitals and clinics throughout Brisbane since that time.
He established a private practice in Neuropsychology in 1994. He is endorsed by AHPRA to practice both in the areas of Clinical Neuropsychology and Clinical Psychology.
His private practice in Neuropsychology is devoted to adult neuropsychological assessments, including neurological conditions such as traumatic brain injury, stroke, dementia, Parkinson’s disease and MS. He also assesses persons with substance abuse disorders, learning disorders and intellectual disabilities.
He receives referrals from general medical practitioners, neurologists, psychiatrists and work related injury insurance agencies such as Workcover.
The test results can provide valuable information about a person’s cognitive functioning and assist in the diagnosis and management of a number of conditions. He also provides medicolegal reports associated with capacity and personal injury claims.
