Life's experiences often bring our greatest learning. But sometimes when life's experiences become confusing, overwhelming or feeling like they are out of our control, it seems we can't find our way though on our own. That's when we need someone with compassion and empathy to come alongside and gently guide us through.

I work collaboratively with people to help them make sense of their

experiences, develop skills in order to discover a way amidst life's difficulties, and towards a more fulfilling and vital life. Everyone has their own unique inner strengths and opportunities for growth and transformation. Using a positive psychology framework I have worked with adolescents, job seekers through to managers and executive leaders on how to find their unique strengths, to find purpose, meaning, to gain resilience, bounce back from life's challenges and to achieve an optimum level of wellbeing. Prior to joining the Wellbeing Clinic I have worked in the NGO sector for ten years assisting clients with a variety of life's concerns including interpersonal difficulties, working through grief and loss, navigating transitions, managing mood disorders, facilitating career guidance, dealing with workplace issues, stress and burnout, and conducting psychometric testing for selection, development and individual coaching purposes.
