Karen has experience working across the life span and particularly enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and older persons. Karen provides client-focused psychological therapy for those experiencing anxiety, depression or mood disturbance, stress related issues, adjustment issues, low self-esteem, school or workplace bullying.

She has experience in working within the workplace rehabilitation setting and is very interested in helping people with trauma-related issues. She believes that every client needs to have their unique story heard and understood in order to provide a tailored approach that meets their needs.
