Janice Rego is an AHPRA registered psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a range of treatment services including private clinics, hospitals, and community settings. She has experience in conducting a broad range of psychological assessments and delivering cognitive behavioural interventions in the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress, anger and self-esteem issues.
Janice has a special interest in working with children and adolescents present with anxiety, self-esteem, anger and behavioural issues, ADHD and ODD. She likes working systematically with the child, schools, and their families towards development of skills using a strength-based approach to create a positive change for both child and family.
In delivering our specialist cognitive testing services, Janice is proficient in the administration of the WISC V, WPPSI III, and the WIAT III to assess for learning difficulties and giftedness.
Janice is a full member of the APS and works at our St Marys practice, including Saturdays.
