Cari is passionate about working with children, teenagers and their families in times of crisis. Cari is particularly experienced in supporting those in the perinatal period, helping families prepare for a new child and the challenges that new parents face. Cari's work in public health has also developed her skills in supporting children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, phobias, eating disorders, psychosomatic or chronic pain conditions and sleep problems. Cari is one of our group facilitators; trained in the 'Tuning into Kids' emotion coaching and 'Circle of Security' programs. Cari works with a range of evidence based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Supportive counselling.
