Annemari is a Psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and also a Full Member of the Australian Psychological Society. She obtained her Masters Degree (Cum Laude) in Counselling Psychology in 1998.

Annemari brings 15 years of experience as a Child and Adolescent Psychologist to the practice. She has a strong interest in assisting parents who need support with behaviour management, improving parent / child relationships, and developing children’s resilience and capacity to regulate their emotional responses.

Annemari also has extensive experience in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders; she is a preferred Service Provider listed on the Helping Children with Autism (HCWA) Early Intervention panel.

Annemari is trained in a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Creative Therapies and Applied Behaviour Analysis. She follows a blended approach when developing treatment plans for her clients – using evidence-based therapies to form the backbone of each plan and customising these to suit individual client needs.

Annemari accepts referrals of children (from 3 years old) and adolescents who need support with a range of mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, behavioural problems, adjustment difficulties and developmental concerns.
