Angela is a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience working with adults and adolescents, who have experienced a broad range of mental health difficulties, including alcohol and other drug addictions, interpersonal relationship problems, emotion/mood dysregulation, and anxiety difficulties. Angela has a particular interest in working with adults who have experienced stress and trauma in their lives and she consults out of MCP’s Stress and Trauma Centre in Wollongong as well as the Kids Clinic in Woonona.
Angela has a compassionate, emphatic and collaborative approach to helping people to overcome the struggles in their lives. She provides each person with an individualised treatment plan that incorporates skills and strategies that can be used in everyday life to help manage the challenges they face.
Angela takes an integrated approach to treatment, providing patients with a range of evidence-based therapy options to suit their individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Schema Therapy.
