Having shifted from South Africa to Australia 18 years ago, I have an understanding of the difficulties involved in finding one's place in a new country. My personal philosophy is that every challenge or crossroad has the potential for change and growth and by approaching it positively, with curiosity and openness, it can become the gateway to a more meaningful life. The underpinnings of my psychological practice rest upon the Christian faith and it is my belief that one's spiritual life can be a rich source of direction and support in life. I have a special interest in renewing the inner life, especially when it has become worn out with too much giving or caring.
