Sirous has also completed a PhD at the University of Queensland in 2000 and started working as a psychologist in 2005. Sirous is currently working at both Gumdale Medical Centre and Stafford City Doctors. Sirous enjoys helping people improve their quality of life and moving towards their chosen values and he wants everyone to know they can change and we have choices even during difficult times. Sirous has extensive training as an ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) and is currently the Chair for the Persian chapter for the ACT community. Sirous moved to Australia in 1991 from Iran and speaks Farsi. Outside of work Sirous enjoys Soccer, Motor Racing (F1 & V8), reading, walking his dog and being in nature. His favourite holiday destinations are Australia and New Zealand.
