Norm Rowlands has helped people as a clinical psychologist for over forty years.

He uses aspects of the common therapeutic approaches to help his clients. His experience has taught him that every individual is unique and thus to a conviction that each person or couple he sees requires an approach tailored to their special frailties and strengths.

Norm specialises in working with adults and couples who are struggling with life's challenges or suffering one or other of the spectrum of mental health problems. He spent several years working in the building trade while he was studying psychology and he has been involved in farming since he moved to Orange over thirty years ago. He is married with two adult daughters. This "other" life experience has aided him in relating with people of many backgrounds.

In recognition of issues that people contend with he offers appointments in Orange on Thursdays between 9.00 am and 8.00pm, and on Saturdays between 9.00am and 5.00pm.

Norm has an Honours Degree in Psychology and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology both from The University of Sydney. He is a member of the Australian Psychological Societies College of Clinical Psychology.
