Nick is a registered Clinical Psychologist who has been providing psychological service for over 7 years. He is motivated to help people explore and understand their mental health and make meaningful, long-lasting improvements in their lives. In particular, he finds great value in assisting adolescents and young adults with early intervention, but is experienced across a diverse range of age groups and presentations. Nick provides treatment across a range of psychological challenges, including mood, anxiety, adjustment and personality concerns, amongst others. He works with the client to understand and work towards their goals, drawing on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to meet their needs.
