Whilst working in private practice Kishwar has been a WorkCover Preferred Provider experienced in managing complex trauma, injury and pain presentations. Kishwar is skilled in streamlining the recovery and return-to-work process by liaising with WorkCover and providing feedback to GP’s in managing these difficult presentations.

Clients tend to find Kishwar to be an effective listener with genuine empathy and interest. She has a therapeutic balance of providing a non-judgmental environment within a professional evidence-based framework. Kishwar believes the core of effective therapy is akin to emotional hygiene as evident in the resolution of personal issues, improved clarity and insight, an improved ability to cope and when appropriate ensuring on-going psychological intervention.

Kishwar and her husband are avid campers and travelers and their next yet-to-be confirmed destination is to explore his historical Irish roots with their young family.
