Mira is a Nationally accredited Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Mira has completed a Bachelor of Psychology majoring in Sociology and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Mira’s therapeutic approaches include, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Counselling, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Mindfulness and relaxation techniques. Mira Budimlic is a Registered Psychologist. She has several years of experience working with adolescents and adults through a range of challenging life circumstances. Mira is passionate about supporting clients to improve the quality of their interpersonal relationships and communication, and enhance mental health and wellbeing. Mira works with Adults and Young People 14 and above experiencing Anxiety, Depression and Trauma/PTSD. Mira has a strong focus on families facing breakdown, separation or divorce, and the impact on children and adolescents; as well as career guidance for secondary school students and young people;
