Linda has a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Psychology and Australian Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Studies and a Vocational Graduate Diploma in Family Therapy. Linda also has a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons) completing a thesis on discrimination. Linda is a registered psychologist with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority (AHPRA). Linda has specialist training in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy and Narrative Therapy as well as a number of trauma-focussed approaches. Linda has worked for many years with a diverse client group, including people with disabilities, Aboriginal Australians, people with traumatic life experiences and families experiencing conflict and breakdown. Linda has worked in the not-for-profit sector, and the health sector throughout her career; as well as in private practice. She has worked both at the grass-roots level and in senior management positions with a clear focus on achieving the best outcomes for service users.
