Kate is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working with adults and adolescents facing a wide range of difficulties. She has extensive experience in the area of problem gambling and has worked for six years in the Gambling Treatment Clinic at the University of Sydney. She has also spent years working in private practice, building expertise in the areas of depression, anxiety, eating disorders, stress and anger management, grief and loss, and relationship difficulties.
Kate also has a particular interest in post-natal depression and anxiety. She tailors her work to meet the individual needs of each client, using a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, schema therapy, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.
