Jess has experience working with adult clients as well as children, adolescents and their families. She has an interest working with teenagers who self harm, children with depression and anxiety, stress management, and social skills development. She believes strongly in helping people recognise their strengths and in working collaboratively with the client to help them achieve their best outcome. She is the current Group Coordinator at the practice and also works one day a week helping children, teens, and families at the Telethon Type 1 Diabetes Family Centre. Jess also offers online video sessions as well as in-person sessions.
