Geneviv is a psychologist who enjoys working with young people, adults and families who are experiencing a range of psychological difficulties. She is passionate about establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients, and has a particular interest in emotion dysregulation. Her approach takes an evidence-based focus, while maintaining a warm, flexible and collaborative manner, to ensure that treatment is in line with client needs. She uses a range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Geneviv obtained her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from UNSW. During her clinical training, she delivered group-based and individual therapy for the treatment of a wide range of clinical presentations including eating disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, tic disorder, substance abuse and schizophrenia. She has also worked with children and families to enhance communication and has facilitated a social skills training group for children and their parents (\'Capable Kids\').

Previously, Geneviv trained in a private psychiatric hospital setting delivering group therapy for the treatment of Eating Disorders. She has also trained at Redfern Community Health Centre, where she was involved in the clinical assessment and treatment for depression, anxiety and management of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

Her Masters degree research explored aggression in the context of bars and pubs.
