Emma completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Newcastle in 2014. Since then she has worked with children, families, and adults in a number of settings. She has experience in conducting psychoeducational and behavioural assessments as well as interventions across the lifespan.

Emma uses evidence based interventions tailored to suit her client’s needs utilizing therapeutic approaches including: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
