Dr Kenneth Cheung is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He has worked as an optometrist before returning to study medicine. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame (Fremantle) in 2013. He has worked in hospitals across Perth and Sydney gaining a variety of experiences from different medical and surgical disciplines prior to his GP training.
He moved up to Armidale in the New England region of NSW to undertake his GP training. During his time in Armidale, he has worked in general practice and Aboriginal Health Services. He successfully completed his exams and gained his FRACGP in 2018. He undertook further training in paediatrics and successfully completed the Sydney Child Health Program instituted by the University of Sydney and the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network in the same year. He is interested in all aspects of general practice. He can speak both fluent English and Cantonese. He can speak limited Mandarin.
