Dr Yet Khor (Respiratory and Sleep Medicine Specialist)

Dr Yet Khor is a graduate of the University of Tasmania. She completed her basic physician training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. She trained as a Respiratory and Sleep Physician at the Austin Hospital and Western Health in Melbourne. She attained her Fellowship to the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2014. She currently is employed as a physician at Austin Health and Warringal Private Hospital.

Her major subspecialty interests are interstitial lung disease, interventional pulmonology, lung cancer and respiratory failure, but she continues to practice in all respiratory and sleep disorders. She actively engages in research activities and has published in various journals. She is currently pursuing her PhD on interstitial lung disease at the University of Melbourne.

She has been awarded the Certificate of Clinician Performed Ultrasound and is proficient in using thoracic ultrasound in Clinical Respiratory Medicine. She is also trained in endobronchial ultrasound. She has been actively involved in developing the Pleural Service and the Interstitial Lung Disease Service at Austin Health.
