Dr Tao Geng graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and worked as a general physician in Shanghai for 5 years before coming to Australia. She passed her Australian Medical Council (AMC) exams and undertook her internship and resident training in St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney and Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. She also had her paediatric training in Canterbury Hospital. Dr Geng completed her GP training in rural NSW towns including Wagga Wagga and Leeton. Dr Geng has now moved back to Sydney. She enjoys looking after patient’s general health and disease prevention. She is specially interested in paediatrics, women’s health, antenatal shared care, and skin lesions. Dr Geng speaks English and Mandarin as well as Shanghainese.
