Renate Wagner PhD (Clin.Psych) –University of Vienna, Dip HEd- University of New South Wales, was for many years the Principal Clinical Psychologist and the Director of the Clinic for Anxiety and Traumatic Stress at Bankstown Hospital in Sydney. She was also an academic, training many health professionals in academic and clinical settings in Europe, UK, East Timor, Vietnam and Australia. She has published many studies on anxiety disorders. She has been in private practice in Bankstown and Liverpool for a number of years and treats people with anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder and other issues which prevent them from living a full and happy life.
Her clinical training and her therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy.
Renate also has extensive experience in supervising psychologists and runs supervision groups for the Transcultural Mental Health Centre and other organisations.
