Dr Phebe graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2003 with a Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours, where she won the Australian Society of Orthodontists Prize in Orthodontics, Kenneth J.G. Sutherland Prize in Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine, and Australian Society of Endodontology Prize in Endodontics awards, for the best student in orthodontics, oral surgery, oral medicine, and endodontics. Following the completion of her Masters degree in orthodontics at the University of Western Australia, she furthered her specialist credentials by obtaining Memberships from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in 2008. In addition to her busy private practice, Dr Phebe teaches undergraduate dental students at the University of Western Australia. In order to remain current on the latest orthodontic advances she attends local and international orthodontic congresses, and subscribes to the relevant professional journals. Dr Phebe is a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA), Australian Society of Orthodontists (ASO), and the World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO). In her spare time she enjoys playing with her daughter.
