Dr. Bobby Chan graduated from University of New South Wales in 2007 with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB.BS), BSc (Med). He completed his physician training in St. George Hospital and was accepted into their Endocrine Advanced Training in 2013. He further underwent his advanced endocrine training at Prince of Wales Hospital, Nepean Hospital, Blue Mountain Hospital and Lithgow Hospital. He has also worked in areas of need for Endocrinology services such as Orange. He has been admitted to the Royal Australian College of Physician as an Endocrinologist in 2016. He now works in St. George Hospital and Campbelltown Hospital as a part time Staff Specialist.

Bobby’s interests include all things in general endocrinology (Gestational Diabetes, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Thyroid diseases, pituitary and adrenal diseases). He has a particular interest in Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes and Osteoporosis.

He regularly attends and presents at meetings locally and also participates in meetings internationally such as the Endocrine Society Meeting in USA. He is also interested in teaching and has been appointed as clinical tutor in all the different hospitals he worked at.

Bobby is compassionate and understanding and is dedicated to providing the best holistic patient care. He is also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
