Dr Olga is a female General Practitioner who is Australian trained and lives locally. She is seeing patients of all ages at the Bellbowrie Family Practice.
Dr Olga gained her medical degree from the University of Queensland Medical School with 1st class Honours and has also completed a Certificate in Trauma-Focussed Therapy from Phoenix Australia (treatment of PTSD). She has previously worked at Ipswich and Hervey Bay hospitals in emergency, surgery, medicine and mental health areas. Dr Olga also worked as a GP in Hervey Bay for 2 years before relocating to Brisbane, and enjoys developing long term relationships with her patients for continuity of care. She has a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Her special interests include chronic disease management, mental health, nutrition and weight management and skin checks.
Dr Olga has conducted medical research in the area of Rheumatology (arthritis) at the Translational Research Institute. In her spare time, Dr Olga enjoys yoga, meditation and bush walking.
