Dr. Necensia Agbuya (Dr Nece) graduated her Doctor of Medicine at the Saint Louis University, Philippines in 1992. She had her training in Family Medicine at the University of Philippines – Philippine General hospital and earned title of Fellow of Family medicine, Philippines.
