Dr Monica Collins joined the Happy Smiles team in June 2015. She graduated from the University of Manchester in June 2012 and moved from London, where she worked at a surgery in Fulham for two years as a general dentist, to Australia in May 2014. Monica is committed to continued professional development and she completed the final part of her MJDF examination last year. She won an undergraduate award for her endodontic work in June 2012 and from this gained membership to the British Endodontic Society. Although she is interested in all aspects of dentistry, Monica has a passion for Endodontics and also has experience treating school children in country NSW. On her time off Monica enjoys running and playing Gaelic football and was part of the ladies Gaelic team that won the British University Sevens Championship in 2010 and 2012. She also completed the 2011 Belfast Marathon and is hoping to enter many races whilst here in Australia. Monica is also a very keen traveller and violin player who loves socialising with friends.
