Dr Taylor is the founding director of Taylored Psychology, which was established in 2011.
Dr Taylor has a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a Doctoral Degree in Forensic Psychology (as well as an Economics Degree). She is registered to practice psychology under the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Society's Colleges of Clinical Psychologists and Forensic Psychologists. She is also a Psychology Board of Australia Approved Supervisor in both clinical and forensic psychology.
Dr Taylor has 18 years' experience as a psychologist. She has worked for the Criminal Justice Systems in both South Australia and New South Wales. She has operated private practices in both South Australia and Queensland. She has also provided clinical supervision to students at Bond University, the University of South Australia, and The University of New England. She has previously acted as an Approved Panel Member (health, and performance and professional standards panels) for AHPRA; as a member of the Northern Clinical Council for the Adelaide Primary Health Network, and as a member of the APS’s Private Practice Reference Group.
Dr Taylor is experienced in treating a range of psychological presentations, and utilises multiple therapies individualised to suit patient need. Dr Taylor is currently not available for patient consultations, and is instead focusing her time and efforts on Practice Management, utilising her economics training and past business experiences to ensure the highest quality service is available to those needing psychological treatment.
