I graduated from Birmingham University Medical School (UK) and after my Internship at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (UK) and Dudley Road Hospital I spent a year in New Zealand as a Medical and Paediatric Senior House Officer. I then studied 12 months as a fulltime student of a Japanese master of Aikido in San Diego, California and subsequently returned to the UK to complete my GP Vocational training. After qualifying as a GP and passing the MRCGP, I worked for a further 12 months in ENT, Psychiatry and Palliative care/Pain Relief at which point I began my training in acupuncture in the Dudley Hospital pain clinic.
I opened a private practice in General Practice and acupuncture in Athens, Greece where I worked for 13 years. I arrived in Australia in October, 2012 and have since been consulting here at Fountain Valley Medical Centre.
My special interests are acupuncture and minor surgery.
