“I would consider myself a wellness and holistic practitioner. This means whilst I apply the benefits that Chiropractic can bring to a care program, I am also very keen on addressing the underlying cause and stresses involved with each case. I believe that every problem not matter how seemingly simple or complex has underlying factors that related to people’s lifestyle and environment. As such I am eager to explore not just what pain or symptom people might have but how their nutrition, work environment, emotional status, stress levels, exercise or deficiency in exercise might be related or contributing to a lessening of health and a poor quality of life than they are capable of. I want to establish a “health picture” of who that person is and how their life and environment is affecting them or could be improved to not only alleviate their symptoms but to assist me build a better quality of health and better quality of life for them.” I believe in creating programs of care for people which involve physical therapy, exercise programs based on functional movements, nutrtitional suport and work/life trigger modification to ensure that benefits achieved are life long and not short term.
