Dr Mark Butt joined the team at Maven Dental Port Lincoln in October 2018. Dr Butt has over 30 year’s experience in the dental industry and has been practicing in Port Lincoln for the past 11 years.
Dr Butt completed his studies at the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, graduating in 1985. Mark then spent 17 years successfully operating his own practice in South Africa before emigrating to South Australia in 2007.
Mark has a keen interest in the restoration of teeth, in particular ceramic restorations. His love of restoration is fuelled by his drive to improve his patients overall dental health and confidence in life.
Dr Butt is a member of the ADA and regularly seeks opportunities to learn. He has previously attended courses in the USA and UK as well as regular courses in Australia.
Away from Maven Dental Port Lincoln, Mark loves spending time with his wife Michelle. He also enjoys the occasional round of golf, fishing, and having a glass of wine with friends.
